Overview

XTOP-2010 continues the tradition of the Annual Xiaotu Conference of Science and Engineering providing an opportunity for graduate students in the related fields of engineering, science and medicine to present their research work in English to their peers in a friendly setting.

Key Note Speakers: Prof. Rudy Blazek, Prof Joseph Arul

-Rudy Blazek was born in Czechoslovakia, completed his Ph.D. research in America where he was recruited by a Taiwanese-Canadian graduate student (now his wife) to come to Taiwan. He is now a Professor in the Department of Telecommunications Engineering at Yuan Ze University.
-Joseph Arul was born in India, completed his Ph.D. research at the University of Alabama in America before coming to Taiwan to teach at Fu Jen University.
